TRAV HART How did I miss this for the last decade? Early Opeth was transformitive for me, and this taps into that so hard! Hope these guys haven’t thrown in the towel, this is solid stuff. Favorite track: Amphibious.

shacharbieber Such a great, unique album, that deserves much more recognition!

Robin Miss Opeth's Blackwater Park era? Then this is for you! Alley's Amphibious delivers what you know from old Opeth: Long songs, a mixture of powerful growls and beautiful clean vocals. The production is great, so are the clean and distorted guitar riffs.
This one is a hidden gem for prog metal fans! Favorite track: Lighthouse.

sonicnerveinduction84 More progressive than its predecessor but still punishing and melodic. Beautifully complex and dynamic. Favorite track: Skulls & Bones.
Poesy Rider

Favorite track: Amphibious.

about

The second long-awaited album by the Russian extreme band famous for its debut album as successors of early Opeth! Besides professional approach to songwriting, performance and perfect sound, this time the musicians demonstrate original ideas which became the own face of the band. Progressive death metal demonstrated at «Amphibious» is impressive, diverse and emotional in addition to intellectual refinement which is the essential feature of Alley. The album is strongly recommended to fans of early Opeth and Daylight Dies, as well as all fans of extreme metal music.
